Please be aware that as an artist I am at the limitation of the photos provided. If I cannot discern a specific part of the horse(s) coat and was not notified in writing of said marking/coat I cannot be held responsible for missing it. Please ensure photos capture the coat in question and/or vocalize any markings that may not be present in the photos.
If you received the wrong product or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course work with you to rectify the issues.
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
If there is no issue with your order, and the timeline discussed has not elapsed, we cannot offer a refund. I order each model specifically for each project and often begin the process shortly after payment is received.
Due to the customized nature of all of the products we produce at Modeled Mare & Co, we cannot offer refunds in situations other than those listed above (damaged in transit, wrong product, or prolonged timeline). Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you, your horse and family.
To avoid conflict please be sure to view all photos sent prior to shipment closely and ensure no changes are necessary prior to shipment. If your piece arrives with an error that was visible and discernable in preview photos you may ship it back at your expense for alterations.
There will be no refunds in the event of the commissioner failing to inspect photos for errors.
All timelines are approximate and at the mercy of life changes, emergencies, and unknown acts of god. I try to ensure correct timelines to be quoted and strive to make them in any means necessary but please allow for an additional grace period in the timeline quoted.
With this 'grace period' in mind, you are entitled to a partial credit for the order in the following amounts: within (2)-(4) weeks additional you are entitled to an optional refund of 10%, (4)-(6) weeks is entitled to an optional refund of 20%, and (8) weeks and thereafter all commissioners are able to cancel an order for a full refund without penalty or opt for a 25% refund on the amount paid.
Modeled Mare and Co makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, for any and all products and/or services that it supplies. Modeled Mare and Co will not be held responsible for any and all damages resulting from products and/or services it supplies.
