What is the average wait time?
It truly depends on the workload at the time and what time of year it is! A good rule of thumb is 14 to 16 weeks - I offer a general timeline when ordering but it is an estimate and with pieces that often require new techniques to get things right this can range.
In winter, thanks to longer drying times and holiday orders, it can range a bit more than this. I keep a rolling booking basis that keeps an active order list at all times and am happy to take on new clients at any time BUT if you're looking for a quick art piece I may not be the artist for you!
If you're in a time crunch, a gift certificate package may be the way to go for you to include in the order (free of charge, of course.)
How do we pick out a model?
I do not keep stock on hand for models to ensure we're not picking models based on convenience but rather what fits each and every horse the best!
This is the fun part as we really get to embody the horse's personality and look into a model that brings them to life the best. If you choose to move forward from the quote I'll generally send over 10 to 15 model ideas. I'll brainstorm specifically for each horse based on build, facial expression, and any pose/discipline preferences!

How Big are They?
These average 12" by 9"
What are they made out of?
Generally they are made of treated plastic but depending on the model chosen it may vary to resin, porcelain, etc.
Do you offer discounts for multiples?
I will come up with a 'group price' for orders of multiples - this allows for a set price each and would not vary based on coat color. This allows for shipment costs as well as discounts to be all wrapped up into one number!
